Fran has been absolutely fantastic. You won’t ever need to worry about your furry pets with her, because she does all that is needed an more. I have a cat which needs to be taken care of while I am visiting my home country, which happened quite a few times since I had my cat 2years and a half ago. I always used her services and the experience has always been amazing. She reassured me every day with videos and pictures of my cat, from the moment she opened the door to the minute she left. She played with her, and covered up for last minutes requests to make sure she was okay. You can tell she loves her job a lot and she loves to make sure owners are happy and have no worries. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
